Student wins two New Zealand Badminton titles

Tamara Otene (Year 11) performed very well at the New Zealand Age Group Badminton Championships held in mid-September and came away with 2 New Zealand titles. She is now the New Zealand under-19 Doubles and Under-19 Mixed Doubles champion.

Three medals at New Zealand Swimming Champs

Chloe Seaman  (Year 9) came away with three medals at the NZ Secondary School Swimming Championships held in Hamilton in mid-September. She raced in the Under-13 Girls category and won a Gold medal in the 100m Backstroke, a Gold medal in the 200m Backstroke and a Silver medal in the 50m Backstroke. 

Westlake wins Equestrian title

Westlake’s equestrian team competed in the Secondary Schools Equestrian Cup at the Woodhill Sands course in early September.
