Westlake Girls Softball team surpassed all expectations at the 2023 New Zealand Secondary Schools Softball Championships in Christchurch when they won silver at the team’s inaugural national tournament after a thrilling final in Christchurch. In 2024, the team worked hard and won the bronze medal in Auckland. Currently, the school only has one Softball team, so if you are a Junior or Senior, please register below.

2025 SOFTBALL CALENDAR

Trials – Students will be notified in early February – WGHS Turf area
Auckland Senior One-Day Tournament – 25 February, 2025 (Rosedale Park, Albany)
New Zealand Secondary Schools Softball Championship – 25-28 March 2025 (Lower Hutt)
Term 4 – Junior One-Day Tournament – 6 November, 2025 (Rosedale Park, Albany)

FEES:

Auckland Competition – $30,

New Zealand Secondary Schools – TBC
