Adventure Racing is a multi-based sports event that is a combination of running, swimming, mountain biking, team building, water activities and mystery challenges which you will only find out about on the day of the race.

Each Westlake Adventure Racing Team is a mixed group of 8 students from the Girls’ and Boys’ schools. Each year, the teams compete in various events throughout the year including the Auckland and North Island Champs to qualify for New Zealand Champs.

Training and coaching are largely undertaken at Westlake Boys by the Westlake Boys staff led by Olivia Jackson.

COST: Each event is paid for separately. Students and parents are notified at the beginning of each season or as soon as possible.
