The Auckland Secondary School Aquathon Championships were held at St Kentigerns College in early March and Westlake teams came away with two medals. The Junior team of Mea van Rooyen (Year 9) and Kate Rogers (Year 10) won the Gold Medal for their Grade and the Senior team of Emily Lyndon (Year 13) and Farin Dickinson (Year 13) won the Silver medal for their Grade. Although the Westlake Girls intermediate team ended up unplaced in their Grade, Chloe Seaman (Year 10) was first in the Swim leg of the Intermediate event across all the male and female Intermediate Grade entrants.
