Student wins Taekwondo Gold medal

Grace Park (Year 10) competed at the Auckland Open Taekwondo championships in mid-May. She performed very well and came away with a Gold medal in the Under-15 Poomsae category.

Model United Nations Teams win awards

Amy Lim (Year 12) competed at the North Island Synchronised Swimming Championships, which were held in conjunction with the North Island Secondary Schools Synchronised Swimming Championships in Wellington during mid-May. Amy performed very well coming away with three silver medals in the Junior Tech Solo, junior Free Solo and Senior Free Team events.

Jelani Wetzell (Year 11) has been selected to represent Samoa in swimming at the Oceania Games. The Games will be held in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea in late June.
