Westlake Girls High School students will start later on Thursday 5 April to allow staff to meet to work on Professional Development projects for 2018.
Classes for students will begin at 9.30am.
There will be no form time so students go straight to Period 1. There will be 20 minutes of teaching time lost from Period 1, but all other times will be as usual.
As most school buses are shared services with other schools, they will run to their usual morning times.
