Changes to timetable next week

Classes for Year 9 and 10 students will be disrupted on Wednesday 21 November, as PPTA members attend a Paid Union Meeting (PUM) to discuss a new Collective Contract.

School will finish at the end of Period 3 (12.25pm) and students can go home at this point. We are able to offer supervision for students who need to stay at school for that afternoon and the library will be open.

As school buses are shared services, they will run to their usual afternoon times.

Years, 11, 12 and 13 students sitting NCEA external examinations on Wednesday 21 November in the afternoon will not be affected by this PUM and  they still turn up to their afternoon NCEA examinations as indicated on their NCEA timetable.

Thursday 22 November is the last of the slightly later starts that have taken place this year to enable staff to work on their Professional Development projects. For Thursday 22 November, Years 9 and 10 classes will begin at 9.30am. There will be no form time that morning and students go straight to Period 1 at 9.30am.
