The annual Nga Manu Kōrero Regional Speech competition was held at the Ngati Whatua Marae (Orakei) in mid-June. Two students spoke extremely well to gain placings in various grades. Isabella Drummond (Year 9) won Best Female Speaker in the Junior English Division and Alyssa Wilson (Year 13) won 3rd Place in the Senior English Division.
