Westlake Girls had eight swimmers that qualified to compete in the North Harbour Zone Swimming Champs in mid-March. They all performed outstandingly well and all eight have qualified to attend the Auckland Secondary Schools Champion of Champions swimming competition in mid-April. The eight Westlake swimmers are: Chloe Seaman (Year 9), Rachel Park (Year 11), Star Te Aukura (Year 10), Emily Lyndon (Year 12), Jelani Wetzell (Year 10), Jonine Tiakia (Year 9), Samara Shore (Year 11) and Georgia Clement (Year 12).
