Tuesday 2 February
Year 10, 11, 12 and 13 students: New Year 10, 11, 12 and 13 students go to the covered courts at 8.45am. Returning Year 10, 11, 12 and 13 students go to their 2020 Form Classroom at 9.30am. Most students will be released at approximately 11.30am, however school buses have not been requested to operate for this day. All students are expected to be in their correct uniform. The school canteen will not be open today. All Prefects and Tuakana should meet in Gym 3 at 8.30am and will be at school until 3pm.
Wednesday 3 February
Year 9 students: All Year 9 students start school at 8.45am. This is a full Orientation Day which will run until 3.15pm. Students should gather at the Covered Courts for a welcome assembly and to be divided into their Form Classes. Students should wear their school uniform, including their named blazer. Students will not need to bring their full range of stationery for the first day but should bring their laptop as they will be given their computer log-on ID and password. Students can only sign in for the first time on a school computer in order to change their first password. Once this is completed on the first day of school, students will be able to complete all other steps at school or at home. The school canteen will not be open today.
Thursday 4 February
This is the first day of teaching for all students, and they should come equipped with their school bag, laptop and stationery. It is a “Day 4” on the Timetable and students should proceed straight to their Form Class for 8.45am. Year 9 students will have Tuakana available to show them around and help them get to classes. The school canteen WILL be open today.
